Feed Corn:
Iran produces corn in quantities that are not large enough to meet domestic consumption and feed demand. Therefore, the import of corn is one of the essentials for the country.
Corn kernels are yellow and red in color, the yellow grain of which is more consumed and is rich in carotenoids and xanthophylls, which are precursors of vitamin A and produce a desirable yellow color in the skin of poultry and egg yolks.
Corn was originally domesticated in Mexico by native peoples by about 9,000 years ago.
The main ingredient which is used in the market of animal feeding rations is corn. This is because corn provides essential nutrients such as iron, zinc, potassium and is high in energy but relatively low in protein compared with other feed grains.
The corn we import consists high quality and passes high standards of Health Certificate, Analysis, Veterinary, Non-GMO and other regarded parameters, which are all confirmed by origin countries and also by Iran customs organization.
